When will I receive my order?
This product is made to order and will be despatched within 5 days. All items are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 24, with signature required. Full details in our Shipping & Delivery Policy.
What if an item is out of stock?
Get in touch via the contact form with the piece name in the subject line, and I'll confirm a restock date.

Is checkout secure?
Yes — payments are processed securely at checkout, and your card details are never stored on our servers.
What's your returns policy?
Get in touch within 14 days of receiving your order at [email protected] with your order number, and I'll guide you through the return. Items must come back in original packaging, unworn, and in new condition.Full details in our returns policy.
Who pays for return shipping?
Return shipping is the customer's responsibility and isn't refundable — I'd recommend a tracked service, since I can't be responsible for items lost in transit.
