Shipping and Delivery

All pieces are handmade in my workshop. Please allow 1 to 5 working days for your piece to be crafted and processed before it is dispatched.

Delivery Method: All orders are shipped via Royal Mail Tracked 24 (with signature required).

Tracking: Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking number.

Made-to-Order / Out of Stock: If an item you wish to purchase is temporarily out of stock please fill in the contact form and I will get back to you with a restock date. Please include the name of the piece in the email subject.   

Returns & Exchanges

I want you to be completely happy with your jewellery. If you wish to return or exchange a piece, please get in touch within 14 days of receiving your order.

To start a return, please email hello@beeblorejewellery.co.uk with your order number, and I will guide you through the next steps.

Please Note:

Earrings: Due to hygiene reasons, I am unable to accept returns or exchanges on earrings.

Condition: All items must be returned in their original packaging and in new, unworn condition.

Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable. For security, I highly recommend using a tracked shipping service, as I cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.
